The kitchen has numerous standing and hanging cabinets, a large fridge-freezer, a 4-burner ceramic hob with an oven, a hood, a sink and an electric kettle.

LEASE AGREEMENT:
The lease agreement is signed in the form of an occasional lease. The costs of the notarial deed are borne by the owner.
When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you make all rental-related payments. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by transfer.
