I am offering a two-room apartment for rent located in Gdańsk on Ogarna Street.

LOCATION:

APARTMENT:
The apartment, with a total area of approximately 55 square meters, is located on the second floor of a four-story tenement building in the heart of Gdańsk's Old Town. It comprises a separate kitchen, living room, bedroom, hallway, bathroom, and utility room.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.

The apartment is double-sided (north-south) and very spacious.

The bright kitchen features ample base and wall cabinets, a large refrigerator/freezer, a 4-burner gas stove with oven, a sink, a waffle maker, and a microwave. There's also a dining area with a table and two chairs.

The living room (10.2 m2) has a fold-out sofa, two coffee tables, two armchairs, a table with chairs, a three-door wardrobe and two chests of drawers.

The bedroom (8.5 m2) has a double bed with a comfortable mattress, two bedside tables, a three-door wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two chairs.

The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.

In the hall there is a wardrobe, a clothes rack and a shoe rack.

The utility room has numerous shelves and a clothes rail, as well as a vacuum cleaner and an ironing board.

Possibility of parking in the paid parking zone after purchasing an ID at an affordable price.

The apartment is under the constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.

SURROUNDINGS AND COMMUNICATION:
The place is very well located and perfectly connected.

There are numerous restaurants and shops in the area. Within a 10-minute walk are three Carrefour stores, three Rossmann drugstores, two Biedronka supermarkets, and several Żabka stores. The building is surrounded by historic sites in Gdańsk's Old Town, including the Neptune Fountain, Długa Street, and Długi Targ, as well as numerous restaurants.

Bus and tram stops are approximately 300 meters from the building. Gdańsk Główny train station is about a 20-minute walk from the apartment.

FEES:
Rent PLN 2,800 + advance payment for service charges depending on the number of residents and amounting to:
- for 1 person PLN 810 in summer / PLN 1,420 in winter
- for 2 people PLN 890 in summer / PLN 1,500 in winter
- for 3 people PLN 970 in summer / PLN 1,580 in winter

DEPOSIT:
Upon signing the lease, a deposit of the total monthly fees + PLN 200 is required by bank transfer. The deposit is refundable upon lease termination.

LEASE AGREEMENT:
When you sign the contract, we generate a unique bank account number for you, into which you will pay all rental-related fees. Therefore, the security deposit and all rent payments are settled by bank transfer.

The owner does not consent to the presence of animals in the apartment.
