APARTMENT:
The apartment with a total area of approximately 55 meters is located on the second floor of a four-story tenement house in the very center of the Old Town of Gdansk. The apartment consists of a separate kitchen, living room, bedroom, hallway, bathroom and utility room.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.
The apartment is two-sided (north-south) and very spacious.
The bright kitchen has numerous standing and hanging cabinets, a large fridge-freezer, a 4-burner gas stove with oven, a sink, a waffle iron and a microwave. There is also a dining corner equipped with a table and two chairs.
In the living room (10.2 m2) there is a fold-out sofa, two coffee tables, two armchairs, a table with chairs, a three-door wardrobe and two chests of drawers.
The bedroom (8.5 m2) has a double bed with a comfortable mattress, two bedside tables, a three-door wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two chairs.
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine.
In the hall there is a wardrobe, a clothes hanger and a shoe rack.
The utility room has numerous shelves and a clothes rail, as well as a vacuum cleaner and an ironing board.

The apartment is under the constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.
SURROUNDING AREA AND COMMUNICATION:
The place is very well located and perfectly connected.
There are many restaurants and shops in the area. Within a 10-minute walk there are three Carrefour stores, three Rossmann drugstores, two Biedronkas and several Żabkas. The closest surroundings of the tenement house are the monuments of the Old Town of Gdańsk, including the Neptune Fountain, Długa Street and Długi Targ, as well as numerous restaurants.
Bus and tram stops about 300 meters from the tenement house. Gdańsk Główny train station is about 20 minutes walk from the apartment.
FEES:
Rent PLN 3,000 + advance payment for service charges depending on the number of residents and amounting to:
- for 1 person PLN 740 in summer / PLN 1,140 in winter
- for 2 people PLN 830 in summer / PLN 1,220 in winter
- for 3 people PLN 910 in summer / PLN 1,300 in winter
DEPOSIT:
When signing the contract, a deposit is required by bank transfer in the amount of the total monthly fees + PLN 200. The deposit is returned after the end of the lease.
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you transfer all fees related to the lease. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by bank transfer.
The owner does not consent to the presence of animals in the apartment.
