A single-family house with a total area of 200 meters is located in a quiet neighborhood of single-family houses surrounded by greenery. The area of the house has been divided between a kitchen, seven independent lockable rooms, two full bathrooms and a separate toilet. The house also has a cellar and a garage. The tenants also have access to a garden - a perfect place to relax after work / study, as well as a barbecue with friends!
The house is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.
The kitchen is equipped with a table with chairs, a large fridge-freezer and a second additional fridge, a ceramic hob with a hood, an oven, a microwave and an electric kettle. You will also find here kitchenware: cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, glasses as well as pots and pans.
In the common areas you will find equipment such as: a vacuum cleaner, an iron, an ironing board, a mop and a bucket.
Each of the rooms has been comfortably and nicely arranged and can be locked. Each room has a fold-out sofa or bed with a comfortable mattress, a desk with a chair ideal for work/study, a capacious wardrobe and a practical chest of drawers or bookcase.
In the corridor there is a wardrobe and shelves for shoes.
The bathrooms have showers, sinks and toilets. There is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms.

Bus and tram stops as well as the SKM Gdańsk Strzyża station are located about 10 minutes on foot from the house.

When signing a lease agreement, we require proof of income or a guarantee from a third party (e.g. a family member). It is required to present a valid identity document and a PESEL number as well as a residence card / Pole's card in the case of foreigners.
