We offer a modern, spacious apartment for rent in the center of Gdańsk, located on the 7th floor of a building with an elevator. The development is Eurostyle's flagship project, combining high-quality finishes with an excellent location in the city center.

FEES:
Rent PLN 5,100 + advance payment for service charges depending on the number of residents and amounting to:

- for 2 people PLN 950 summer / PLN 1,200 winter
The rent also includes the Internet, so the landlord has all the formalities on his side.
DEPOSIT:
Upon signing the lease, a deposit of the total monthly fees + PLN 200 is required by bank transfer. The deposit is refundable upon lease termination.
RENTAL PERIOD:
The contract is signed IMMEDIATELY for a period of one year with the possibility of extension for another period.
When you sign the contract, we generate a unique bank account number for you, into which you will pay all rental-related fees. Therefore, the security deposit and all rent payments are settled by bank transfer.
