The apartment with a total area of 46 meters is located in a modern housing estate near the Gdańsk bypass. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a four-story block (new building with an elevator, block built in 2022) and consists of a living room with access to a balcony connected to a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, a hall and a bathroom.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.

The kitchen has numerous hanging and standing cabinets, a large fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob with a hood, an oven, a microwave, an electric kettle, a dishwasher and a sink. FEES:

Rent PLN 2,200 + advance payment for operating fees depending on the number of residents and amounting to:

- for 1 person PLN 450 in summer / PLN 580 in winter

- for 2 people PLN 530 in summer / PLN 660 in winter

LEASE AGREEMENT:

When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you make all rental-related payments. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by transfer.

The owner does not consent to the presence of animals in the apartment.
