The apartment with a total area of 44 meters is located in a modern housing estate near the Gdańsk bypass. The apartment is located on the third floor of a four-story block (new building with an elevator , block built in 2022) and consists of a living room with access to a balcony connected to a kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.

The furniture in the kitchen, bathroom and hallway was made to measure!

The kitchen has numerous hanging and standing cabinets, a large fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob with a hood, an oven, a dishwasher and a sink. On the border between the kitchen and the living room, there is a dining corner consisting of a table with four chairs.

The living room has a fold-out sofa, a large chest of drawers and a TV table with a TV. The living room also has access to a large balcony .

The bedroom has a bed with a comfortable mattress, two bedside tables and a very large wardrobe.

In the corridor there is a built-in wardrobe, clothes hangers and a shoe cabinet with a seat.

FEES:

Rent PLN 2,300 + advance payment for operating fees depending on the number of residents and amounting to:

- for 1 person PLN 480 in summer / PLN 610 in winter

- for 2 people PLN 550 in summer / PLN 690 in winter

- for 3 people PLN 630 in summer / PLN 760 in winter

RENTAL PERIOD:

The contract is signed in the form of an occasional lease. Notary costs are borne by the owner.

When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you make all rental-related payments. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by transfer.

ATTENTION:

When signing a lease agreement, we require proof of income or a guarantee from a third party (e.g. a family member). It is required to present a valid identity document and PESEL number, as well as a residence card/Pole card in the case of persons from abroad.

The owner does not consent to the presence of animals in the apartment.
