The apartment, with an area of 53 square meters, is located on the ground floor of a ten-story building and consists of three single rooms, an independent kitchen, a bathroom, and a hallway.

Each of the rooms has been comfortably and nicely arranged and can be locked with a key. 

Room number 1 has a bed with a comfortable mattress, a bedside table, a desk with a chair, a bookshelf, a wardrobe, and a pouf.

The kitchen is equipped with numerous standing and hanging cabinets, a large fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob with a hood, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a fold-out table with two fold-out chairs, and a washing machine.

The bathroom has a shower cabin, a washbasin, and a toilet.

The hallway has a wardrobe, a coat rack, and a shoe rack.

The apartment is under the constant care of technical service and a rental administrator.

AREA AND COMMUNICATION:
Very well located and perfectly connected place.
The building is located close to public transport, shops, and service points.
The nearest LIDL is about 13 minutes away, and the nearest Biedronka is about 23 minutes from the building. Galeria Bałtycka can be reached in about 17 minutes.

The bus stop is located approximately 250 m from the building. The apartment is about a 25-minute walk from GDAŃSK WRZESZCZ train station.

There are also MEVO bike stations near the apartment. Cycling to Gdańsk University of Technology takes about 10 minutes!

FEES:
Room 1 – 10 m - 1300 PLN 

To the price should be added an advance payment for operating costs and wireless internet access in the amount of 410 PLN.

DEPOSIT:
Upon signing the contract, a deposit must be paid by bank transfer in the amount of the total monthly fees + 200 PLN. The deposit is returned after the termination of the lease agreement.

LEASE PERIOD:
The agreement is signed from NOW until 28.09.2027 with the possibility of extension for another period.
