The apartment, with a total area of 43 square meters, is located on the first floor of a four-story building equipped with an elevator (building completed in 2023) - the prestigious Skandinavia estate, Helsinki building. The space has been divided into a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a hallway.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.
The kitchenette has standing and hanging cabinets, a large fridge-freezer, an induction hob with a hood, an oven, a dishwasher, and an electric kettle. The kitchen is also equipped with a basic set of pots, plates, cups, and cutlery.
The living room has a sofa with a sleeping function, two coffee tables, and a TV cabinet. The living room also has access to a balcony.
The bedroom has a bed with a comfortable mattress, a bedside table with a lamp, and a very large built-in wardrobe.
The bathroom has a large shower cabin, a sink, a toilet, and a washing machine.
The hallway has a large built-in wardrobe.
A vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, and clothes dryer are available for the tenant's use.

Bus stops are about 7 minutes from the building. Within a few years, a new railway station is to be built in the vicinity of the estate, so residents of the Skandinavia Estate will gain direct, fast train access to the center of Gdańsk.
Direct access to the Tri-City Bypass allows for efficient and comfortable travel throughout the Tri-City. Access to the city center, airport, or railway station takes only 20 minutes by car.
FEES:
Rent 3300 PLN + advance payment for operating costs depending on the number of residents and amounting to:
- for 1 person 570 PLN in summer / 690 PLN in winter
- for 2 people 690 PLN in summer / 810 PLN in winter
- for 3 people 800 PLN in summer / 920 PLN in winter
DEPOSIT:
Upon signing the agreement, a deposit payment by bank transfer is required, amounting to the total monthly fees + 200 PLN. The deposit is returned after the termination of the lease agreement.
LEASE PERIOD:
The agreement is signed from NOW until 29.07.2027 with the possibility of extension for another period.
When signing the agreement, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you make all payments related to the lease. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rental payments are made by bank transfer.
The owner does not consent to the presence of animals in the apartment.
