The apartment with a total area of 42 meters is located on the fourth floor of an eight-story building equipped with an elevator and consists of a kitchen, two rooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a hall.

The kitchen has built-in furniture with standing and hanging cabinets, a large fridge-freezer, a 4-burner hob with a hood, an oven, a sink, an electric kettle and a washing machine.

When you sign the contract, we generate a unique bank account number for you, into which you will pay all rental-related fees. Therefore, the security deposit and all rent payments are settled by bank transfer.
Possibility of living with a pet provided that a deposit increased by 50% is paid.
