The apartment, with a total area of approximately 28 square meters, is located in the center of Morena. The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a six-story modern building with an elevator and consists of a living room, kitchenette, hallway, and bathroom.

The kitchenette includes base and wall cabinets, a large refrigerator-freezer, an induction cooktop with hood and oven, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, and a sink. A dining area with an extendable table and three chairs divides the kitchenette and living room.

The living room features a sofa bed with storage, a bookshelf, two chests of drawers, a desk with a chair, a coffee table, two pouffes, and a TV . The living room also opens onto a balcony overlooking the estate.

The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower attachment, a sink, a toilet, a washing machine, and cabinets providing space for storing cosmetics and cleaning products.

RENTAL PERIOD:
The occasional lease agreement is signed IMMEDIATELY until March 30, 2027 , with the option to extend for another period. Notary fees are borne by the landlord!
When you sign the contract, we generate a unique bank account number for you, into which you will pay all rental-related fees. Therefore, the security deposit and all rent payments are settled by bank transfer.

The owner does not consent to the presence of animals in the apartment.
