I am offering for rent a modernly furnished two-room apartment located in Gdańsk on Lawendowe Wzgórze Street.

APARTMENT:
The apartment, with a total area of approximately 49 square meters, is located on the second floor of a five-story building (modern construction) with an elevator. It consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, hallway, and bathroom.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.

The kitchen features built-in units, including numerous base and wall cabinets. Kitchen equipment includes a large fridge-freezer, a 4-burner induction cooktop with extractor hood, an oven, a sink, and a dishwasher.

The living room features a sofa bed with storage, a dining table with six chairs, a standing cabinet, and a TV stand. The living room also opens onto a spacious balcony .

The bedroom has a double bed with a comfortable mattress and a three-door wardrobe.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.

In the hall there is a very large built-in wardrobe.

The rental price includes a parking space in the garage and a storage unit located right next to the parking space.

A bicycle/stroller room is available for tenants' use.

The apartment is under the constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.

SURROUNDINGS AND COMMUNICATION:
The place is very well located and perfectly connected.
The area boasts several shops, including Carrefour Express and Żabka, as well as service outlets, including a spa and a pizzeria. A large, modern kindergarten is located right next to the building.
Not far from the building there are numerous green areas conducive to outdoor recreation.
Bus stops and a tram stop are about 10 minutes from the block.
Direct access to the Tricity Bypass allows for efficient and comfortable travel throughout the Tricity.

FEES:
Rent PLN 2,900 + advance payment for service charges depending on the number of residents and amounting to:
- for 1 person PLN 750 in summer / PLN 940 in winter
- for 2 people PLN 850 in summer / PLN 1040 in winter
- for 3 people PLN 950 in summer / PLN 1140 in winter

DEPOSIT:
Upon signing the lease, a deposit of the total monthly fees plus PLN 200 is required by bank transfer. The deposit is refundable upon lease termination.

RENTAL PERIOD:
The lease agreement is signed from IMMEDIATELY until March 26, 2027, with the possibility of extension for another period.
When you sign the contract, we generate a unique bank account number for you, into which you will pay all rental-related fees. Therefore, the security deposit and all rent payments are settled by bank transfer.

The owner does not consent to the presence of animals in the apartment.
