The apartment with a total area of approximately 42 meters is located on the second floor of a three-story block (new construction) equipped with an elevator. The apartment consists of a kitchenette connected to the living room, a separate bedroom, a hall and a bathroom.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.

The apartment has been finished to a high standard.

The kitchen has built-in furniture consisting of numerous standing and hanging cabinets, a large fridge-freezer, a 4-burner ceramic hob with a hood, an oven with a microwave function, a dishwasher and a sink. There is also a dining corner consisting of a table and four chairs.

The living room has a corner sofa bed, two coffee tables, a pouffe and a TV cabinet and a TV. The living room has an exit to the balcony .

The bedroom has a bed with a comfortable mattress, two bedside tables, a desk with a chair and a large built-in wardrobe.

The bathroom has a bathtub, sink, toilet and washing machine. There are also built-in cabinets.

FEES:
Rent PLN 3,000 + advance payment for service charges depending on the number of residents and amounting to:
- for 1 person PLN 670 in summer / PLN 900 in winter
- for 2 people PLN 760 in summer / PLN 990 in winter
- for 3 people PLN 850 in summer / PLN 1,080 in winter

DEPOSIT:
When signing the contract, a deposit is required by bank transfer in the amount of the total monthly fees + PLN 200. The deposit is returned after the end of the lease.

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you transfer all fees related to the lease. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by bank transfer.

The owner does not consent to the presence of animals in the apartment.
