APARTMENT:

The apartment with a total area of approx. 42 meters is located in the well-connected, gated Gardenia Estate. There are only a few apartments on each floor. The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a five-story block (new building with a lift) and consists of a separate kitchen, living room with access to the balcony, separate bedroom, hallway and bathroom.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.

The kitchen has numerous standing and hanging built-in cabinets, a large fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob with a hood, an oven, a dishwasher, and a sink. The kitchen is also equipped with a set of pots, bowls and plates as well as basic kitchen accessories.

The living room has a sofa bed, a table with four chairs, a shelf and a TV cabinet with a TV. The living room also has an exit to the balcony equipped with a set of garden furniture consisting of a glass table and two chairs.

The bedroom has a double bed with a comfortable mattress, a bedside table, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

In the hallway there is a large built-in wardrobe and a shoe cabinet.

The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine.

The staircase and surroundings of the block are very well-kept.

The apartment includes an above-ground parking space located behind the barrier and a storage room.

Tenants have the option of storing bicycles on level -1.

The apartment is under the constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.

SURROUNDING AREA AND COMMUNICATION:

The place is very well located and perfectly connected.

There are many shops nearby (Biedronka and ALDI about 3-4 min. walk from the block) and service points. There are several restaurants in the area.

We can walk to bus and tram stops in about 4-5 minutes, and the Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway Gdańsk Jasień station is about 30 minutes' walk from the apartment (6 minutes by car!).

A drive to Galeria Morena takes about 8 minutes, and to IKEA Gdańsk 10 minutes. The ring road is about 6 minutes away - this ensures quick and easy communication with other districts of Gdańsk.

FEES:

Rent PLN 2,600 + advance payment for service charges depending on the number of residents and amounting to:

- for 1 person PLN 490 in summer / PLN 720 in winter

- for 2 people PLN 600 in summer / PLN 830 in winter

- for 3 people PLN 710 in summer / PLN 940 in winter

RENTAL PERIOD:

The agreement is signed in the form of occasional lease. Notary costs are borne by the owner.

When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you transfer all fees related to the lease. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by bank transfer.

The owner does not consent to the presence of animals in the apartment.
