I am offering a two-room apartment for rent located in Gdańsk at ul. Szeroka.

APARTMENT:
The apartment with a total area of 43 meters is located on the third floor of a four-story tenement house in the very center of the Old Town of Gdansk. The apartment consists of a bright, independent kitchen, living room, bedroom, hallway, bathroom and utility room.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.

The kitchen has built-in furniture consisting of numerous standing and hanging cabinets, a fridge, a 4-burner gas stove with a hood, an oven, a sink, an electric kettle and a microwave. The kitchen has a dining corner equipped with a table and three chairs.

The living room has two fold-out sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table and a large chest of drawers.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a large chest of drawers.

The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.

The utility room is a laundry room. In addition to the washing machine, there are also several shelves, a vacuum cleaner, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

In the hall there is a large wardrobe and a clothes rack.

The apartment is under the constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.

SURROUNDING AREA AND COMMUNICATION:
The place is very well located and perfectly connected.

Biedronka is located about two minutes from the tenement house. Within a 5-minute walk there are several Żabkas, two Carrefour stores, and a Rossmann drugstore. The closest surroundings of the tenement house are the monuments of the Old Town of Gdańsk and numerous restaurants.

The apartment's windows offer a view of Świętopełka Square .

Bus and tram stops about 500 meters from the tenement house. Gdańsk Główny train station is about 15 minutes walk from the apartment.

FEES:
Rent PLN 2,300 + advance payment for service charges depending on the number of residents and amounting to:
- for 1 person PLN 940
- for 2 people PLN 1,030
- for 3 people PLN 1,120

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you transfer all fees related to the lease. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by bank transfer.

The owner does not consent to the presence of animals in the apartment.
