I am offering for rent a two-room apartment located in a tenement house on Zakopiańska Street.

APARTMENT:

The apartment with a total area of 48 meters is located on the ground floor of a two-story tenement house. The apartment consists of a separate kitchen, two rooms, a hall and a bathroom.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.

The very spacious, bright kitchen has numerous hanging and standing cabinets, a glass display case, a large fridge-freezer, a 4-burner gas cooker with oven, a hood, a microwave, a sink and a washing machine. There is also a dining corner with a table and four chairs.

The first room, which serves as a living room, is equipped with a large corner sofa with a sleeping function for two people, a coffee table, a desk with a chair, and a TV cabinet with a TV.

The second room, which is a bedroom , is equipped with a bed with a comfortable mattress, two bedside tables, a glass display case and two very large built-in wardrobes.

The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.

In the hall there is a clothes rack and a shoe cabinet.

A vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron are available to the tenant.

There is a public parking lot in front of the building and in the courtyard.

The tenement house is surrounded by numerous green areas ideal for walks and outdoor recreation.

The apartment is under the constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.

SURROUNDING AREA AND COMMUNICATION:

The place is very well located and perfectly connected.

There is a grocery store and a Żabka near the building. The nearest Biedronka is about 400 m from the apartment.

We are about a 30-minute walk from the Old Town!

Tram stops are located 250 m from the apartment.

Access by public transport:

Medical University of Gdańsk - approx. 20 min

Gdańsk University of Technology - approx. 30 min

FEES:

Rent PLN 2,200 + advance payment for service charges depending on the number of residents and amounting to:

- for 1 person PLN 790 in summer / PLN 1,390 in winter

- for 2 people PLN 850 in summer / PLN 1,440 in winter

RENTAL AGREEMENT:

When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you transfer all fees related to the lease. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by bank transfer.

The owner does not consent to the presence of animals in the apartment.
