The apartment with a total area of approx. 38 meters is located in the Garnizon estate - in the heart of the Gdańsk Wrzeszcz district. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a six-story block (new building with an elevator) and consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom located on the mezzanine, a bathroom with a toilet and a corridor. The apartment includes a garden!

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.

The kitchen has cabinets and shelves, a large fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob with a hood, an oven, an electric kettle, a dishwasher and a sink.

The living room has a sofa, a coffee table and a TV cabinet. There is also a dining corner with a table and four chairs. From the living room you can go directly to the terrace connected to the grassy garden . The terrace is equipped with a set of garden furniture consisting of a table and four chairs.

On the mezzanine serving as a bedroom there is a comfortable mattress on a wooden frame and a bedside table.

In the corridor there are hangers for clothes and a very large built-in wardrobe.

The bathroom has a very large shower cabin, washbasin, toilet and washing machine.

The apartment is also equipped with a vacuum cleaner, an iron, a bucket with a mop, a clothes dryer and a lawn mower.

The staircase and surroundings of the block are very well-kept.

The rental price includes a parking space in the garage .

A bicycle/stroller room is available to tenants.

The apartment is under constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.

AREA AND COMMUNICATION:

The place is very well located and perfectly connected.

There are many shops nearby (two minutes from the block there is Żabka, 3 minutes' walk to Biedronka and 12 minutes to LIDL) and service points. There are numerous restaurants and eateries in the area. We can reach Galeria Bałtycka in 12 minutes, Galeria Metropolia and Shopping Center Manhattan in about 20 minutes.

The bus and tram stops are less than 500 m away and the Gdańsk Wrzeszcz railway station is about a 20-minute walk from the apartment.

Rent PLN 3,250 + advance payment for operating fees depending on the number of residents and amounting to:

- for 1 person PLN 610 in summer / PLN 840 in winter

- for 2 people PLN 710 in summer / PLN 930 in winter

LEASE AGREEMENT:

When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you make all rental-related payments. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by transfer.
