The apartment with a total area of approx. 38 meters is located in the Garnizon housing estate - in the heart of the Gdańsk Wrzeszcz district. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a six-story block (new building with an elevator) and consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom located on the mezzanine, a bathroom with a toilet and a corridor. The apartment has a garden!

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.

The kitchen has cabinets and shelves, a large fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob with a hood, an oven, an electric kettle, a dishwasher and a sink.

The living room has a sofa, coffee table and TV cabinet with a TV . There is also a dining corner with a table and four chairs. From the living room you can go directly to the terrace connected to the grassy garden . The terrace is equipped with a set of garden furniture consisting of a table and four chairs.

On the mezzanine, which serves as a bedroom, there is a comfortable mattress on a wooden frame and a bedside table.

There are many shops nearby (Żabka is two minutes from the block, Biedronka is a 3-minute walk away, and LIDL is a 12-minute walk away) and service points. There are numerous restaurants and catering outlets in the area. Galeria Bałtycka is a 12-minute walk away, and Galeria Metropolia and CH Manhattan are about 20 minutes away.

Bus and tram stops are less than 500m away and the Gdańsk Wrzeszcz train station is about a 20-minute walk from the apartment.

FEES:

Rent PLN 3,600 + advance payment for service charges and wireless Internet access depending on the number of residents and amounts to:
- for 1 person PLN 620 in summer / PLN 900 in winter
- for 2 people PLN 710 in summer / PLN 990 in winter
- for 3 people PLN 800 in summer / PLN 1,080 in winter

RENTAL AGREEMENT:

When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you transfer all fees related to the lease. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by bank transfer.

Possibility of living with a pet provided that a deposit increased by 50% is paid.
