I offer for rent a comfortable, three-room apartment located in the Old Town of Gdańsk on the Motława River at ul. Sheds.

APARTMENT:

The apartment with a total area of 48 meters is located on the tenth floor of a ten-story building with an elevator. The apartment consists of a bright kitchen, three independent rooms, a corridor and a bathroom.

The kitchen has standing and hanging cabinets, a fridge-freezer, a four-burner gas hob, a countertop oven, a microwave, an electric kettle and a sink. The part of the worktop located next to the window can be a perfect place to eat a quick meal or drink coffee.

The first room has a bed with a comfortable mattress, a three-door wardrobe, a desk and a chair.

In the second room , which serves as a living room , there is a fold-out sofa, a coffee table, a shelf and a TV cabinet. There is also a dining corner equipped with a table and four chairs. In this part of the apartment there is also an exit to the balcony with a wonderful view of the Motława River .

The third room has a double bed with a comfortable mattress and a wardrobe.

The bathroom has a bathtub with shower option, washbasin, toilet and washing machine.

In the corridor there is a shoe cabinet with a seat and clothes hangers.

The rental price includes a storage room .

There are free, public parking spaces around the block.

The apartment is under constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.

AREA AND COMMUNICATION:

The place is very well located and perfectly connected.

The block is located a stone's throw from the Gdańsk Marina and the historic Gdańsk Old Town .

A few minutes' walk separates the apartment from the tram and bus stop at the Academy of Music.

In close proximity to the block there is a toddler club, several kindergartens, primary schools and the Academy of Music.

FEES:

Rent PLN 3,000 + advance payment for operating fees depending on the number of residents and amounting to:

- for 1 person PLN 870

- for 2 people PLN 920

- for 3 people PLN 980

LEASE AGREEMENT:

When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you make all rental-related payments. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by transfer.

ATTENTION:

When signing a lease agreement, we require proof of income or a guarantee from a third party (e.g. a family member). It is required to present a valid identity document and PESEL number, as well as a residence card/Pole card in the case of persons from abroad.

Possibility to live with a pet provided that a 50% deposit is paid.
