FEES:
Rent PLN 3,100 + advance payment for service charges depending on the number of residents and amounting to:
- for 1 person PLN 680 in summer / PLN 980 in winter
- for 2 people PLN 770 in summer / PLN 1070 in winter
- for 3 people PLN 860 in summer / PLN 1160 in winter
- for 4 people PLN 950 in summer / PLN 1,250 in winter

DEPOSIT:
Upon signing the lease, a deposit of the total monthly fees + PLN 200 is required by bank transfer. The deposit is refundable upon lease termination.

LEASE AGREEMENT:
When you sign the contract, we generate a unique bank account number for you, into which you will pay all rental-related fees. Therefore, the security deposit and all rent payments are settled by bank transfer.

ATTENTION:
When signing a lease, we require proof of income or a guarantee from a third party (e.g., a family member). A valid ID and PESEL number are required, as well as a residence card/Polish card for foreign residents.

The owner does not consent to the presence of animals in the apartment.
