The apartment with a total area of 61 meters is located in a quiet, peaceful and green area. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a four-story block with an elevator and consists of a living room with access to a balcony connected to a kitchenette, a bedroom, a children's room, a corridor and a bathroom.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.

The kitchen has numerous standing and hanging cabinets, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, an induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher and a sink. The kitchen also has a bar with high chairs.

In the living room , which serves as a living room , there is a sofa, a coffee table, a TV wall unit and a TV . From this room you can access a large, sunny balcony .

The bedroom has a comfortable bed and two bedside tables.

In the second room , which serves as a children's room , there is a bed, a desk with a chair, shelves and four cabinets.

Nearby there is the Matarnia retail park, where there are all kinds of service and retail stores, a pharmacy and grocery stores. Biedronka is located about a 20-minute walk from the block, and LIDL is only 10 minutes away. There is also a school nearby.

The apartment is located next to the Tri-City Bypass, which allows you to quickly and comfortably get to the entire Tri-City.
There are bus stops near the block (approx. 5 minutes). Gdańsk Matarnia railway station approx. 25 minutes on foot from the block.

FEES:
Rent PLN 2,350 + advance payment for operating fees depending on the number of residents and amounting to:
- for 1 person PLN 780
- for 2 people PLN 840
- for 3 people PLN 910
- for 4 people PLN 980

DEPOSIT:
When signing the contract, a deposit is required by transfer in the amount of the total monthly fees + PLN 200. The deposit is returned after the end of the rental agreement.

LEASE AGREEMENT:
When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you make all rental-related payments. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by transfer.

ATTENTION:
When signing a lease agreement, we require proof of income or a guarantee from a third party (e.g. a family member). It is required to present a valid identity document and PESEL number, as well as a residence card/Pole card in the case of persons from abroad.

The owner does not consent to the presence of animals in the apartment.
