APARTMENT:

The apartment with a total area of approximately 39 m2 is located in a very attractive and well-connected area. The apartment is located on the twelfth floor of a twelve-story building equipped with fast elevators and consists of two rooms, a kitchen, a corridor and a bathroom.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.

The kitchen has numerous standing and hanging cabinets, a large fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob with a hood, an oven, a dishwasher and a sink.

The first room serves as a living room and is equipped with a sofa, a bookcase, shelves and a lamp. There is also a dining corner equipped with a table and four chairs. The living room has access to a large, glazed balcony , equipped with a table and two comfortable garden chairs. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the surrounding area.

In the second room, which serves as a bedroom , there is a bed with a comfortable mattress, two bedside tables with lamps, a desk with a chair and a lamp, and a wardrobe equipped with hangers and baskets.

The bathroom has a bathtub, washbasin, toilet, cabinet and washing machine.

In the corridor there is a stool, a shoe cabinet and an open wardrobe with numerous storage containers and a section equipped with bars for hanging clothes.

The staircase and surroundings of the block are very well-kept. The estate is equipped with monitoring.

The tenant also has two parking spaces at their disposal (one located in the garage and the other above ground) and access to the basement .

In the immediate vicinity of the block there is a recreational area and a small playground.

The apartment is under constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.

AREA AND COMMUNICATION:

The place is very well located and perfectly connected.

There are many restaurants, shops and pharmacies in the area. LIDL, Auchan and Alfa Centrum are about a 6-minute walk from the block. Within a 15-minute walk from the block there is a year-round tennis court, a fitness club and a dance studio.

Bus stops are a few minutes away from the block, and there are also tram stops a little further away. The SKM Gdańsk Przymorze-Uniwersytet railway station is less than a 15-minute walk from the apartment.

FEES:

Rent PLN 3,050 + advance payment for operating fees depending on the number of residents and amounting to:

- for 1 person PLN 480 in summer / PLN 700 in winter

- for 2 people PLN 560 in summer / PLN 790 in winter

LEASE AGREEMENT:

The contract is signed in the form of an occasional lease. Notary costs are borne by the owner!

When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you make all rental-related payments. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by transfer.

Possibility to live with a pet provided that a 50% deposit is paid.

ATTENTION:

When signing a lease agreement, we require proof of income or a guarantee from a third party (e.g. a family member). It is required to present a valid identity document and PESEL number, as well as a residence card/Pole card in the case of persons from abroad.
