LEASE AGREEMENT:

In the case of a lease with children, the contract is concluded in the form of an occasional lease - notarial costs are borne by the owner.

When you sign the contract, we generate a unique bank account number for you, into which you will pay all rental-related fees. Therefore, the security deposit and all rent payments are settled by bank transfer.

The owner does not consent to the presence of animals in the apartment.
