The apartment with a total area of 50 meters is located in a quiet and peaceful area. It has been very functionally and aesthetically furnished. The apartment is located on the second floor of a three-story block and consists of a living room with access to the balcony, a separate kitchen, a bedroom, a hall and a bathroom.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.

The apartment is two-sided - the kitchen and bedroom offer a beautiful view of the pond, and the balcony belonging to the living room overlooks the internal estate road.

The bright, independent kitchen has furniture consisting of numerous upper and lower cabinets, a large fridge-freezer, a 4-burner ceramic hob with a hood, an oven, a microwave, a kettle and a sink. The kitchen has a dining corner consisting of a table and four chairs.

In the room that serves as a living room , there is a sofa bed, a coffee table, a comfortable armchair, a chest of drawers, a TV cabinet with a TV and four shelves. From the living room you can go out to the balcony equipped with a set of garden furniture, which consists of a table and two chairs.

The bedroom has a large bed with a comfortable mattress, a bedside table, three chests of drawers and a large wardrobe.

The bathroom has a large bathtub with a shower curtain, a washbasin, a toilet, a cupboard and a washing machine.

In the hall there is a very large built-in wardrobe equipped with shelves and hangers.

A vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, broom and mop are also available for tenants' use.

The staircase and surroundings of the block are very well-kept.

A storage unit is also available to the tenant.

There are public parking spaces near the block.

The apartment is under the constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.

SURROUNDING AREA AND COMMUNICATION:

The place is very well located and perfectly connected.

The block is located in close proximity to a playground, a toddler club, a nursery, a kindergarten and the Maritime Primary School.

There are many retail and service outlets in the area, including a hair salon and a fitness club. Within a ten-minute walk you will find Żabka, Delikatesy, SPAR, Rossmann and PEPCO.

Bus stops are a few minutes' walk from the block.

In the vicinity of the block there are numerous green areas conducive to outdoor recreation.

FEES:

Rent PLN 2,200 + advance payment for service charges depending on the number of residents and amounting to:

- for 1 person PLN 660 in summer / PLN 900 in winter

- for 2 people PLN 750 in summer / PLN 990 in winter

- for 3 people PLN 840 in summer / PLN 1,080 in winter

- for 4 people PLN 950 in summer / PLN 1,190 in winter

RENTAL AGREEMENT:

In the case of a lease with children, the contract is concluded in the form of an occasional lease - notarial costs are borne by the owner.

When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you transfer all fees related to the lease. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by bank transfer.

The owner does not consent to the presence of animals in the apartment.
