The apartment with a total area of 57 meters is located on the first floor of a two-story block. The apartment consists of a spacious living room, another room, an independent kitchen, a corridor and a bathroom with a window.
The bright, independent kitchen has built-in furniture, including numerous standing and hanging cabinets, a fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob with a hood, an oven, a microwave and an electric kettle. The kitchen also has a table and two chairs.
The living room has a sofa, a coffee table, a table, two chairs, two armchairs, a glass cabinet and a chest of drawers. The living room also has access to the balcony .

- for 3 people PLN 930 in summer / PLN 1,110 in winter
LEASE AGREEMENT:
When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you make all rental-related payments. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by transfer.
ATTENTION:
When signing a lease agreement, we require proof of income or a guarantee from a third party (e.g. a family member). It is required to present a valid identity document and PESEL number, as well as a residence card/Pole card in the case of persons from abroad.
The owner does not consent to the presence of animals in the apartment.
