I offer for rent a two-room apartment located in Gdańsk at ul. Wallenroda.

APARTMENT:

The apartment with a total area of approx. 66 meters is located in the center of Wrzeszcz. It was very functionally and aesthetically decorated. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-story tenement house and consists of a bright kitchen with a pantry, a living room, a bedroom, a hall and a bathroom.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.

The kitchen has numerous upper and lower cabinets, a large fridge-freezer, a 4-burner gas hob with an oven, an electric kettle and a sink. There is a dining corner here, consisting of a table and four chairs. The kitchen also has a small pantry providing additional space for storing kitchen accessories and food products. From the kitchen you can access the balcony overlooking the inner, green courtyard.

In the living room , which serves as a living room , there is a fold-out corner sofa, a coffee table, a shelf and a TV stand with a TV . There is also a dining corner equipped with a table and four chairs.

The bedroom has a large bed with a comfortable mattress, a bedside table, a chest of drawers and a large and very roomy wall unit.

The bathroom with a window has a shower, washbasin, toilet, washing machine and a built-in wardrobe providing space for storing towels, cosmetics, cleaning products, etc.

In the hall there is a clothes hanger and a shoe cabinet.

Underfloor heating in the kitchen, hall and bathroom!

The staircase and surroundings of the tenement house are well-kept.

Public parking spaces are available both in the yard and in front of the tenement house.

The apartment is under constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.

AREA AND COMMUNICATION:

The place is very well located and perfectly connected.

There are many restaurants, shops, pharmacies and bakeries in the area. There are several Frogs located within a 6-minute radius of the tenement house. The nearest Biedronka is 9 minutes away, and LIDL is approx. 14 minutes from the tenement house. We will reach Galeria Bałtycka in about 17 minutes and Galeria Metropolia in less than 7 minutes!

Tram and bus stops are located approximately 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. The apartment is approximately 11 minutes from the GDAŃSK WRZESZCZ station.

FEES:

Rent PLN 2,400 + advance payment for operating fees depending on the number of residents and amounting to:

- for 1 person PLN 1,000

- for 2 people PLN 1,100

- for 3 people PLN 1,210

- for 4 people PLN 1,310

RENTAL PERIOD:

The occasional lease agreement is signed from IMMEDIATELY until May 30, 2024, with the possibility of extension for another period. Notary costs are borne by the owner!

When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you make all rental-related payments. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by transfer.

Possibility to live with a pet provided that a 50% deposit is paid.

ATTENTION:

When signing a lease agreement, we require proof of income or a guarantee from a third party (e.g. a family member). It is required to present a valid identity document and PESEL number, as well as a residence card/Pole card in the case of persons from abroad.
