APARTMENT:
The apartment with a total area of over 33 meters is located on the ground floor of a five-story, modern block of flats equipped with an elevator (block completed in 2018). The space is divided into a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a hall.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.
The kitchenette has standing and hanging cabinets, a large fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob with a hood, an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. There is a dining corner equipped with a table and four chairs.
The bright living room has a corner sofa, a chest of drawers and a TV cabinet. The living room also has access to a paved terrace and a grassy garden with a total area of approximately 15 meters. The entire garden is surrounded by a fence ensuring privacy and discretion.
The cozy bedroom has a bed with a comfortable mattress, two bedside tables and a large wardrobe.
The bathroom has a large shower cabin, washbasin, toilet, cabinet and washing machine.
In the hall there is a coat hanger and a shoe cabinet.
Tenants have a private, above-ground parking space available in front of the building.
A bicycle storage room is available for the use of tenants.
The block is located behind a barrier, which provides additional protection for tenants and their property.
The apartment is under constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.
AREA AND COMMUNICATION:
The place is very well located and perfectly connected.
There are several restaurants and shops in the area (the nearest Biedronka is a 7-minute walk away!). Two pizzerias are located close to the block. There are numerous green areas nearby.
The bus stop is approximately 3 minutes from the apartment building.
Direct entry to the Tricity Bypass allows for efficient and comfortable travel throughout the Tricity.
FEES:
Rent PLN 2,250 + advance payment for operating fees depending on the number of residents and amounting to:
- for 1 person PLN 520 in summer / PLN 790 in winter
- for 2 people PLN 680 in summer / PLN 950 in winter
- for 3 people PLN 770 in summer / PLN 1,040 in winter
LEASE AGREEMENT:
If a family with children rents an apartment, an occasional rental agreement is signed. Notary costs are covered by the owner.
When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you make all rental-related payments. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by transfer.
Possibility to live with a pet (except dog and cat) provided that a 50% deposit is paid.
