APARTMENT:
The apartment with a total area of over 33 meters is located on the ground floor of a five-story, modern block equipped with an elevator (block delivered in 2018). The space is divided into a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and hallway.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.
The kitchenette has standing and hanging cabinets, a large fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob with a hood, an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. There is a dining corner with a table and four chairs.
The bright living room has a corner sofa, a chest of drawers and an RTV cabinet. The living room also has an exit to a cobbled terrace and a grassy garden with a total area of about 15 meters. The entire garden is surrounded by a fence ensuring privacy and discretion.
The cozy bedroom has a bed with a comfortable mattress, two bedside tables and a large wardrobe.
The bathroom has a large shower, washbasin, toilet, cupboard and washing machine.
In the hall there is a coat rack and a shoe cabinet.
Tenants have access to a private above-ground parking space located in front of the building.
A bicycle room is available for tenants' use.
The block is located behind a barrier, which provides additional security for the tenants and their property.
The apartment is under the constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.
SURROUNDING AREA AND COMMUNICATION:
The place is very well located and perfectly connected.
There are several restaurants and shops in the area (the nearest Biedronka is a 7-minute walk away!). Two pizzerias are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. There are numerous green areas nearby.
The bus stop is about 3 minutes from the block.
Direct access to the Tricity Bypass allows for efficient and comfortable travel around the entire Tricity.
FEES:
Rent PLN 2,450 + advance payment for service charges depending on the number of residents and amounting to:
- for 1 person PLN 630 in summer / PLN 920 in winter
- for 2 people PLN 730 in summer / PLN 1020 in winter
- for 3 people PLN 840 in summer / PLN 1,130 in winter
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
In the case of renting an apartment by a family with children, an occasional lease agreement is signed. Notary fees are covered by the owner.
When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you transfer all fees related to the lease. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by bank transfer.
Possibility of living with a pet (except a dog and a cat) provided that a deposit increased by 50% is paid.
