APARTMENT:
The apartment with an area of over 63 meters is located on the first floor of a four-story block and consists of two single rooms and one double room, a bathroom, a toilet and a kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge-freezer, gas hob with hood, oven, microwave, electric kettle, pots, cutlery, plates and other necessary kitchen accessories. There is also a dining corner with a table and four chairs.

Each room has been comfortably and nicely arranged and can be locked.
The second room is equipped with a sofa bed, wardrobe, TV cabinet, table and six chairs. This room has an exit to the balcony equipped with two garden chairs.

The bathroom has a shower, sink and washing machine. The toilet is in a separate room.

In the hall there are two large built-in wardrobes and a clothes rack with shoe shelves.

The apartment is also equipped with the necessary household appliances (mop, broom, dustpan, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer).

The apartment is under the constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.

SURROUNDING AREA AND COMMUNICATION:
The place is very well located and perfectly connected to the city center.
In the area there are many restaurants, shops, pharmacies, bakeries. We can reach Pasaż Chełmski in less than 10 minutes and Galeria Handlowa Chełm in about 12 minutes. The nearest LIDL and Action are about 3 minutes away on foot and Biedronka about 5 minutes away.

Tram and bus stops are located within a 3-4-minute walk from the block.

Access by public transport to:
- Gdańsk Śródmieście railway station - approx. 10 min
- City centre and Gdansk Old Town - approx. 15 min
- Polytechnics - approx. 25 min

There are numerous public parking spaces under the block.
