APARTMENT:
The apartment, with an area of over 63 square meters, is located on the first floor of a four-story building and consists of two single rooms and one double room, a bathroom, a toilet and a kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge-freezer, gas hob with extractor hood, oven, microwave, electric kettle, pots, cutlery, plates, and other essential kitchen accessories. There's also a dining area with a table and four chairs.

Each room has been comfortably and nicely arranged and can be locked.
The second room is furnished with a sofa bed, a wardrobe, a TV stand, a table, and six chairs. This room also opens onto a balcony furnished with two garden chairs.

The bathroom has a shower, sink, and washing machine. The toilet is located in a separate room.

In the hall there are two large built-in wardrobes and a clothes rack with shoe shelves.

The apartment is also equipped with the necessary household appliances (mop, broom, dustpan, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer).

The apartment is under the constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.

SURROUNDINGS AND COMMUNICATION:
The place is very well located and perfectly connected to the city center.
The area is full of restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and bakeries. You can walk to Pasaż Chełmski in less than 10 minutes and to Galeria Handlowa Chełm in about 12 minutes. The nearest LIDL and Action supermarkets are about a 3-minute walk away, and Biedronka is about a 5-minute walk away.

Tram and bus stops are located within a 3-4-minute walk from the block.
