The 100-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a three-story tenement house and consists of 8 single rooms, two bathrooms, a toilet and a kitchen.

Each room has been comfortably and nicely arranged and can be locked. Each room has a sofa bed or a desk with a chair, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The kitchen is equipped with two large fridge-freezers, an oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave, an electric kettle, pots, cutlery, plates and other necessary kitchen accessories.

There is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms.

The apartment is also equipped with the necessary household appliances (vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer).

The apartment is under the constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.

SURROUNDING AREA AND COMMUNICATION:
The place is very well located and perfectly connected.
The Forum shopping center is three minutes from the apartment. The historic Old Town is a short walk away. The Neptune Fountain is just 15 minutes away!

There are numerous tram stops near the apartment. The SKM Gdańsk Śródmieście station is just a 6-minute walk from the apartment, and the Gdańsk Główny train station is 12 minutes away.
