The 100-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a two-story tenement house from around 1900 and consists of 7 rooms, two bathrooms with a toilet and a kitchen.

Each room has been comfortably and nicely arranged and can be locked. Each room has a sofa bed, a desk with a chair, a wardrobe and a shelf.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, hob, microwave, washing machine, pots, cutlery, plates and other necessary kitchen accessories.
The apartment is also equipped with the necessary household appliances (vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer).

The apartment is under the constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.
