The 100-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a two-story tenement house dating back to around 1900 and consists of 7 rooms, two bathrooms with a toilet and a kitchen.

Each room is comfortably and beautifully furnished and can be locked. Each room includes a fold-out sofa, a desk with a chair, a wardrobe, and a bookshelf.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, hob, microwave, washing machine, pots, cutlery, plates and other necessary kitchen accessories.
The apartment is also equipped with the necessary household appliances (vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer).

The apartment is under the constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.

SURROUNDINGS AND COMMUNICATION:
The place is very well located and perfectly connected.
There are many restaurants, shops, pharmacies and bakeries nearby.
Within a few minutes' walk there is the Academy of Physical Education and Sports and the University of Health.
