The 60-meter apartment is located on the seventh floor of a ten-story block and consists of five single rooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a kitchen.

Each of the rooms has been comfortably and nicely arranged and can be locked. Each room has a bed or a sofa bed, a wardrobe and a desk with a chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob with hood, oven, electric kettle, pots, cutlery, plates and other necessary kitchen accessories and a washing machine.

The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

The apartment is also equipped with the necessary household appliances (vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer).

The apartment is under the constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.

AREA AND COMMUNICATION:
The place is very well located and perfectly connected.
The block is not directly adjacent to the street, which ensures silence in the apartment, and at the same time it is close to public transport, shops and service outlets.
The nearest Biedronka is 15 minutes away and LIDL about 20 minutes from the block. We can reach Galeria Bałtycka in about 20 minutes.

The bus stop is located approx. 500 m from the block. The apartment is about a 25-minute walk from the GDAŃSK WRZESZCZ railway station.
There are also MEVO bicycle stations near the apartment. Cycling to the Gdańsk University of Technology takes about 10 minutes!

When signing a lease agreement, we require proof of income or a guarantee from a third party (e.g. a family member). It is required to present a valid identity document and a PESEL number as well as a residence card / Pole's card in the case of foreigners.
