APARTMENT:

A detached house with a total area of 200 square meters is located in a quiet residential area of single-family houses surrounded by greenery. The area of the house has been divided into a kitchen, seven independent lockable rooms, two full bathrooms, and a separate toilet. The house also has a basement and a garage. A garden is also available for the tenants' use - a perfect place to relax after work/study, as well as for a barbecue with friends!

The house is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.

The kitchen is equipped with a table and chairs, a large fridge-freezer and a second additional fridge, a ceramic hob with a hood, an oven, a microwave, and an electric kettle. Here we will also find kitchenware: cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, as well as pots and pans.

In the common areas, we will find equipment such as: a vacuum cleaner, an iron, an ironing board, a mop, and a bucket.

Each of the rooms has been comfortably and nicely arranged and can be locked. In each room, there is a sofa bed or a bed with a comfortable mattress, a desk with a chair perfect for work/study, a spacious wardrobe, as well as a practical chest of drawers or a bookcase.

In the hallway, there is a wardrobe and shoe shelves.

The bathrooms feature shower cabins, washbasins, and toilets. One of the bathrooms has a washing machine.

Public parking spaces are available in front of the house.

The house is under the constant care of a technical service and a rental administrator.

Great transport connection with most districts of Gdańsk. Access to UG, GUMed, AWF, and other universities by direct tram.

Room 5 – 7.8 m - PLN 900

An advance payment for utility fees and wireless Internet access in the amount of PLN 160 should be added to the price.

DEPOSIT:
When signing the contract, a deposit payment by bank transfer is required in the amount of the total monthly fees + PLN 200. The deposit is returned after the end of the lease agreement.
