Each room has been comfortably and nicely arranged and can be locked. Each room has a fold-out sofa or bed, a desk with a chair, a shelf, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, electric kettle, pots, cutlery, plates and other necessary kitchen accessories.
There is a washing machine in the bathroom.
The apartment is also equipped with necessary household appliances (vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer).

The apartment is under constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.

AREA AND COMMUNICATION:
The place is very well located and perfectly connected.
There are many shops nearby (the closest is to Netto - 5 minutes and to Lidl - 10 minutes) and service outlets and restaurants (including a pizzeria, milk bar, KFC, McDonald's).

Day and night bus stops and tram stops nearby. The Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway Gdańsk Brętowo station is a 20-minute walk from the apartment.
