APARTMENT:
The apartment with an area of 113 meters is located on the first floor of a two-story tenement house and consists of 9 rooms, two bathrooms, an additional toilet and a kitchen.

Each room has been comfortably and nicely arranged and can be locked. Each room has a fold-out sofa or a bed with a comfortable mattress, a desk with a chair, a shelf, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Each room is equipped with its own refrigerator!

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, pots, cutlery, plates and other necessary kitchen accessories. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen.
The apartment is also equipped with necessary household appliances (vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer).

The apartment is under constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.

AREA AND COMMUNICATION:
The place is very well located and perfectly connected.
There are many restaurants, shops, pharmacies and bakeries in the area. We can reach Galeria Bałtycka in about 15 minutes and the Manhattan Shopping Center in just 3 minutes! You can walk to the Gdańsk University of Technology in less than 10 minutes.

Nearby there are bus stops for day and night lines and tram lines . The Gdańsk Wrzeszcz SKM station is only a 12-minute walk from the apartment, and the Gdańsk Politechnika station is approximately 20 minutes away.
