I offer for rent a newly renovated studio apartment located in Gdańsk at Aleja Generała Hallera.

APARTMENT:
The apartment with a total area of 28 meters is located on the third floor of a three-story tenement house. The space is divided into a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a small hall.
The studio is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.
The kitchenette has standing and hanging cabinets, a large fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob with a hood, an oven, a dishwasher and a table with chairs.
The living room has a sofa, a coffee table and a large chest of drawers that can be used as a TV stand.
The bedroom has a double bed with a comfortable mattress and a chest of drawers.
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine.
In the hall part there is a large wardrobe.
Possibility to park your car in a public parking lot at the back of the building.

The apartment is under constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.

AREA AND COMMUNICATION:
The place is very well located and perfectly connected.
There are many restaurants, shops, pharmacies and bakeries in the area. Biedronka about 2 minutes, and LIDL about 10 minutes from the tenement house.
There are bus and tram stops near the tenement house.
Getting to the University of Technology or GUMed by tram will take about 20 minutes.
Walking to Galeria Bałtycka, Manhattan or the Gdańsk University of Technology takes less than 30 minutes. You can walk to the beach in Brzeżno in about 40 minutes, although you can of course shorten the journey and take a tram :).

FEES:
Rent PLN 2,300 + advance payment for operating fees depending on the number of residents and amounting to:
- for 1 person PLN 530
- for 2 people PLN 590

DEPOSIT:
When signing the contract, a deposit is required by transfer in the amount of the total monthly fees + PLN 200. The deposit is returned after the end of the rental agreement.

LEASE AGREEMENT:
When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you make all rental-related payments. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by transfer.

ATTENTION:

When signing a lease agreement, we require proof of income or a guarantee from a third party (e.g. a family member). It is required to present a valid identity document and PESEL number, as well as a residence card/Pole card in the case of persons from abroad.
