The kitchen has numerous standing and hanging cabinets, a large fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob with a hood and an oven, and a sink.

The living room has a sofa, an armchair, a table with chairs and a TV cabinet. The living room also has an exit to the balcony with a view of the green yard and playground.

The bedroom has a bed with a comfortable mattress, a wardrobe and a desk with a chair.

There is a large wardrobe in the corridor.

FEES:
Rent PLN 2,440 + advance payment for operating fees depending on the number of residents and amounting to:

LEASE AGREEMENT:
When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you make all rental-related payments. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by transfer.
