ATTENTION:

APARTMENT:
The apartment with a total area of 56 meters is located on the third floor of a three-story block in a gated community. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two independent rooms, a bathroom and a hall.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.

The kitchen has built-in furniture, which includes numerous standing and hanging cabinets, a fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob with a hood, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a sink. The owner also leaves a blender, toaster and pizza stone for the tenant's use. The kitchen is separated from the living room by an original bar, thanks to which guests who visit us cannot see what we are preparing on the counter.

The living room has a sofa bed and a table with two chairs. The living room also has an exit to the balcony with a view of the street.

The first room has a large built-in wardrobe and a fold-out sofa. There is also space to work at the counter and place books on shelves and in the bookcase.

The second room has a double bed with a mattress, bedside tables and a built-in space for storing things and working remotely.

In the bathroom, in addition to a shower and washbasin, there is a washing machine and numerous cabinets.

In the hall there is a place to leave your shoes on the draining board or put them in the cupboard. There is also a clothes hanger and lights that will delight you with their original appearance in the evening.

We also leave a vacuum cleaner with bags, a set of light bulbs for possible replacement, tablecloths and decorative elements for the tenant's use. We want you to feel at home :)

Additionally, a basement is available for those interested.

The staircase and surroundings of the block are very well-kept.

There are numerous public parking spaces for residents around the block - the entrance to the community is secured by a gate with a remote control.

The apartment is under constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.

AREA AND COMMUNICATION:
The place is very well located and perfectly connected.
There are several restaurants and shops in the area. Local grocery stores are within a 5-minute walk, and Biedronka and Stokrotka are about a 10-15 minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity there is a nursery, kindergarten, primary school and green walking areas.

FEES:
Rent PLN 2,550 + advance payment for operating fees depending on the number of residents and amounting to:

- for 1 person PLN 560 summer / PLN 830 winter

- for 2 people PLN 640 summer / PLN 910 winter

- for 3 people PLN 720 summer / PLN 990 winter

LEASE AGREEMENT:
The lease agreement is signed in the form of an occasional lease. The costs of the notarial deed are borne by the owner.
When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you make all rental-related payments. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by transfer.

The owner does not consent to the presence of animals in the apartment.
