I am offering for rent a three-room apartment located in a tenement house on Malczewskiego Street.

APARTMENT:
The 45-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a four-story building. It comprises a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a separate room, a hallway, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.

The kitchen has built-in furniture, a large fridge-freezer, a 4-burner ceramic hob with a hood, an oven, a dishwasher and a sink.

The living room has a sofa and a coffee table. There's also a dining area with a table and four chairs.

The bedroom is equipped with a bed with a comfortable mattress and a large wardrobe.

The second room , which can be an additional bedroom or a work room, can be equipped according to your needs.

The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower extension, a sink and a washing machine.

The toilet with an additional washbasin is located in a separate room.

In the hall there is a clothes rack and a shoe rack.

The apartment comes with a very large storage unit and a covered parking space in the yard.

There is public parking along the street.

The apartment is under the constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.

SURROUNDINGS AND COMMUNICATION:
The place is very well located and perfectly connected.
The building is located in close proximity to the Forum Gallery, the Provincial Hospital, the Municipal Office, and the District Court of Gdańsk. Numerous retail and service outlets (including beauty salons) and restaurants can be found nearby, and the Neptune Fountain and other historic sites in Gdańsk's Old Town are a half-hour walk away.

FEES:
Rent PLN 2,900 + advance payment for service charges depending on the number of residents and amounting to:
- for 1 person PLN 720 summer, PLN 1070 winter
- for 2 people PLN 800 summer, PLN 1150 winter
- for 3 people PLN 890 summer, PLN 1240 winter

LEASE AGREEMENT:
When you sign the contract, we generate a unique bank account number for you, into which you will pay all rental-related fees. Therefore, the security deposit and all rent payments are settled by bank transfer.

The owner does not consent to the presence of animals in the apartment.
