The apartment with a total area of 46 meters is located on the first floor of a five-story block (new construction) equipped with an elevator. The apartment consists of a bright kitchen, living room, separate bedroom, corridor and bathroom.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.
The kitchen has built-in furniture, which includes numerous standing and hanging cabinets, a large fridge-freezer, a 4-burner induction hob with a hood, an oven, a dishwasher, a sink and an electric kettle. The kitchen equipment also includes a set of pots and pans, heat-resistant dishes and tableware.
The living room has a fold-out sofa with a sleeping function, a partially glazed shelf and a large chest of drawers. There is also a dining corner with a table and four chairs. The living room has an exit to a large balcony with a view of the inner, green yard.

FEES:
Rent PLN 2,450 + advance payment for operating fees depending on the number of residents and amounting to:
- for 1 person PLN 550 summer / PLN 670 winter
- for 2 people PLN 640 summer / PLN 760 winter
- for 3 people PLN 730 summer / PLN 850 winter
DEPOSIT:
When signing the contract, a deposit is required by transfer in the amount of the total monthly fees + PLN 200. The deposit is returned after the end of the rental agreement.
LEASE AGREEMENT:
The lease agreement is signed in the form of an occasional lease. The costs of the notarial deed are borne by the owner.
When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you make all rental-related payments. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by transfer.
