Rent 3000 PLN + advance payment for utility charges depending on the number of residents, amounting to:
- for 1 person 730 PLN in summer / 880 PLN in winter
- for 2 people 820 PLN in summer / 970 PLN in winter
- for 3 people 910 PLN in summer / 1050 PLN in winter
LEASE AGREEMENT:
When signing the agreement, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you make all payments related to the lease. Therefore, the deposit and all rent payments are settled by bank transfer.
The owner does not consent to the presence of pets in the apartment.
