The apartment with a total area of 46 meters is located in a quiet, peaceful and green area. The apartment is located on the third floor of a ten-story block with an elevator and consists of a living room with access to a balcony, kitchen, bedroom, corridor and bathroom.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.

The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, gas stove with oven, sink, and electric kettle.

In the living room, which serves as a living room, there is a table with chairs, a fold-out sofa, a coffee table, a wall unit and a TV. This room offers access to a sunny balcony.

The bedroom has a comfortable bed and a large wardrobe.

The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine.

The staircase and surroundings of the block are very well-kept.
There are numerous public parking spaces near the building.

The apartment is under constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.

AREA AND COMMUNICATION:
The place is very well located and perfectly connected.
There are many retail and service outlets in the area. Within a few minutes' walk you will find Żabka, a bakery and a health center.
In the immediate vicinity of the block there are nurseries, kindergartens, a primary school and a high school.

There are bus stops near the block (approx. 7-10 minutes). Gdańsk Strzyża railway station approx. 12 minutes on foot from the building.

FEES:
Rent PLN 2,400 + advance payment for operating fees depending on the number of residents and amounting to:
- for 1 person PLN 800
- for 2 people PLN 910
- for 3 people PLN 1,030

LEASE AGREEMENT:
When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you make all rental-related payments. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by transfer.

The owner does not consent to the presence of animals in the apartment.
