Rent PLN 2,500 + advance payment for service charges depending on the number of residents and amounting to:

- for 2 people PLN 710 in summer / PLN 880 in winter
- for 3 people PLN 800 in summer / PLN 960 in winter
LEASE AGREEMENT:
When you sign the contract, we generate a unique bank account number for you, into which you will pay all rental-related fees. Therefore, the security deposit and all rent payments are settled by bank transfer.
The owner does not consent to the presence of animals in the apartment.
