Rent PLN 2,300 + advance payment for operating fees depending on the number of residents and amounting to:

- for 3 people PLN 830
LEASE AGREEMENT:
When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you make all rental-related payments. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by transfer.
ATTENTION:
When signing a lease agreement, we require proof of income or a guarantee from a third party (e.g. a family member). It is required to present a valid identity document and PESEL number, as well as a residence card/Pole card in the case of persons from abroad.
The owner does not consent to the presence of animals in the apartment.
