The apartment with a total area of 68 meters is located on the ground floor of a four-story modern block. The space is divided into a living room, a semi-open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, a utility room and a hall. The apartment also has a garden.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.

The bright, semi-open kitchen has standing and hanging cabinets, a large fridge-freezer, an induction hob with a hood, an oven, a dishwasher and an electric kettle.
The living room has a sofa bed, an armchair, a coffee table, a TV stand and a TV. There is also a dining area with a table and two chairs.

The living room also has an exit to the garden equipped with garden furniture (table and two chairs).

The first bedroom has a double bed with a comfortable mattress, a bedside table, a chest of drawers and a two-door wardrobe.

The second bedroom has a double bed with a comfortable mattress, a bedside table, a chest of drawers and a two-door wardrobe.

The bathroom with underfloor heating has a shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine.

In the hall part there is a large built-in wardrobe.

FEES:
Rent PLN 2750 + advance payment for service charges depending on the number of residents and amounting to:
- for 1 person PLN 770 in summer / PLN 1,100 in winter
- for 2 people PLN 840 in summer / PLN 1,170 in winter
- for 3 people PLN 920 in summer / PLN 1,250 in winter
- for 4 people PLN 1,000 in summer / PLN 1,330 in winter

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you transfer all fees related to the lease. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by bank transfer.

The owner does not consent to the presence of animals in the apartment.
