APARTMENT:
A spacious two-room apartment with a total area of 48.7 meters is located on the tenth floor of a ten-story block. The apartment consists of a bright kitchen, living room, separate room, bathroom, separate toilet and large hallway. The apartment includes an additional utility room located right next to the apartment.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.

The kitchen has built-in furniture consisting of numerous hanging and standing cabinets, a large fridge-freezer, a 4-burner gas stove with an electric oven, a hood and a sink.

The living room has a sofa bed, a coffee table, a large wall shelf and a TV table with a TV. There is a dining corner here, which consists of a table and four chairs. The living room has an exit to a large, enclosed balcony with a beautiful view of the greenery.

The room, which can be used as a bedroom, children's room or home office, is equipped with a sofa bed. This room can be furnished according to your taste and needs.

The hallway is equipped with a clothes rack and a shoe cabinet, and further on there is a large built-in wardrobe. In the hallway there is an entrance to the utility room providing additional storage space.

Bus stops and a tram terminus are within a 10-minute walk of the block.
Getting to the Medical University of Gdańsk and Gdańsk University of Technology by public transport takes about 20 minutes.

FEES:
Rent PLN 2,500 + advance payment for service charges depending on the number of residents and amounting to:
- for 1 person PLN 890
- for 2 people PLN 980
- for 3 people PLN 1,070

DEPOSIT:
When signing the contract, a deposit is required by bank transfer in the amount of the total monthly fees + PLN 200. The deposit is returned after the end of the lease.

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
The agreement is signed in the form of occasional lease. Notary costs are borne by the owner.

When signing the contract, we generate an individual bank account number for you, to which you transfer all fees related to the lease. Therefore, the deposit payment and all rent payments are settled by bank transfer.

Possibility of living with a pet provided that a deposit increased by 50% is paid.
