The 100-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a three-story tenement house and consists of 8 single rooms, two bathrooms, a toilet and a kitchen.

Each room is comfortably and beautifully furnished and can be locked. Each room includes a fold-out sofa or bed, a desk with a chair, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.

The kitchen is equipped with two large fridge-freezers, an oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave, an electric kettle, pots, cutlery, plates and other necessary kitchen accessories.

There is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms.

The apartment is also equipped with the necessary household appliances (vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer).

The apartment is under the constant care of the technical service and the rental administrator.

The place is very well located and perfectly connected.
The Forum Shopping Center is three minutes from the apartment. The historic Old Town is a short walk away, and the Neptune Fountain is just 15 minutes away!
